How To Return An Item
We Make it Easy For You To Return A Print To Us
Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, (stock items only) you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seal and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently.
Please contact the Gallery, giving the reason for the return. You will be requred to include you item details, name and address, contact telephone number and the reason for your return within the parcel. You will have to pay for the return costs and appropriate insurance to return the art to us.
In the case of a damaged product, as above, please contact the Gallery providing a full description of the problem. Please ensure to wrap the item securely in its orignal packaging and send the package to the address below:

We will notify you via email immediately when we have received your item and again when we have processed your return. The return process can take up to three weeks. For your protection we recommed that you use a recorded delivery service.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven day purchase period, we will not refund any charges for the delivery of that item and your costs for returning the item.
