On receipt of your order via our website, (whether it be 'Add to Cart' or 'To Order') we shall confirm your request, and where necessary to confirm estimated delivery dates and organise the necessary payment. Once the item is ready for dispatch and booked in, a confirmation email will be sent advising you of the dispatch date. (Unless prior confirmation has been given verbally) Receipt of payment for your item will be attached to the delivery note, within your parcel.
